Dec 2010: We now have a building site

The land has now been filled up and work underway in building the perimeter wall. We are also going to sort out the riverbank with a wall, which will be built at the current water level. We are about 10kms via the river from the sea so the river is tidal. However the land should not flood at this level - if it does it will be unprecedented, however we will still build our house 50cm above the current ground level. When this floods theres a world wide problem.
